BoardFest 2025 – Sunday June 1st, 2025: Gear, Demos, BBQ & You!

Registration

  • BBQ Lunch – Just $6.00!
    Enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch featuring your choice of hot dog or hamburger (vegetarian option available), plus a drink. Yes — only $6.00!
  • This team will ensure that everything is set-up for lunch to begin at 12:00 noon. In addition to set-up you'll be tasked with managing the BBQ and food service.

    11:30 am - 2:00 pm
  • Join us at 8:00 am to help prep for the day and set-up the tables and chairs that will be required.

    Swap labeling and layout of Swap gear

    8:00am - 10:00am
  • We'll do a final clean up of the site and make sure that all tables and chairs have been put away.

    3:30pm - 4:30pm
  • Photograph the event.

    9am - 12:00pm

Note. * DVP and Gardiner Expressway will be closed for Bike for Brain Event. * 

Gardiner Expressway:
All ramps closed from the Humber River East to the Don Valley Parkway from 2:00 AM on June 1. This includes both the East and West lanes to the DVP, Rees/Spadina/Jameson & South Kingsway ramps.

Don Valley Parkway:
All ramps closed from Lakeshore Blvd to Highway 401 from 2:00 AM on June 1. This includes both North and South DVP lanes.

‍♂️ What’s Happening at BoardFest?

Gear Swap 9:00am to 4:00pm
Looking to upgrade your setup or clear out your garage?

  • Buyers: Discover incredible deals on used and high-end gear, including selections from Toronto Windsurfing Club. Talk directly to sellers and get pro tips on building your perfect quiver.

  • Sellers: Bring the gear you no longer use. You set the prices, chat with buyers, and keep all proceeds. We’ll provide markers and labels — you handle the deals. Don’t forget to take any unsold gear home at the end of the day!

Parking Advisory
BoardFest is a high-traffic event!

If the lot is full:

  • Use parking by the other OHSF clubs

  • Pay parking at the soccer fields

  • Parking at Cherry Beach

⚠️ Please do not park on Regatta Rd — parking fines may be issued.
